Urban Land Institute Preliminary Report Findings for the East End

ELDI, in partnership with Councilman Burgess, sponsored a Urban Land Institute Panel review of the East End last week. The panel provides recommendations for how to best move forward with economic and real estate development in an inclusive and progressive way.
