Construction on the Highland Building has officially begun!
Massaro Properties has mobilized, and the perimeter construction fencing is being installed. The first phase of the project is demolition and brick and masonry cleaning.
There will be road closures with this project! Sheridan Square is closed past the CVS parking lot to Penn Circle South. There will be access from Antler way to the small parking lot behind the former PNC building (on the corner of Penn and Highland).
Sidewalks along South Highland Avenue (the east side in front of the Highland Building, not the west side) and Penn Circle South (the north side in front of the Wallace Building, not south side) will be closed as well.
